Air Radiator High Temperature Baking Room Drying Radiator Working Principle
Air radiator, especially high temperature drying room radiator, is a kind of equipment used to transfer hot air to the object or environment. During the drying process in the drying room, the high temperature hot air passes through the radiator and radiates heat, thus lowering the surface temperature of the object, and at the same time, the cooled air is sent back to the system to form a cycle.
The following is the general working principle of high temperature drying room drying radiator:
Hot Air Supply: In a high temperature drying room, hot air is obtained by means of a heating device such as a gas heater or an electric heater. This hot air usually consists of dry air with evaporated moisture and a high temperature.
Air transfer: The hot air is transported to the object or environment to be dried. This can be done by means of fans or other air transfer devices.
Radiator cooling: The hot air enters a radiator, where the radiator is usually a heat exchanger. In the radiator, the heat of the hot air is transferred to the surface of the radiator, through which it is then dissipated into the surrounding environment.
Return of cooled air: The cooled air after dissipation is sent back to the heat source again, creating a closed loop. This process helps to save energy as the hot air is not wasted but recycled.
Drying effect: The radiator's function is to cool the hot air while transferring it to the object or environment. In this way, the object or environment being dried is able to absorb more heat and achieve a more efficient drying effect.
