OD 5mm: With wall thickness of 0.28mm plain as standard; 0.21-0.4mm rippled tube upon request
OD 7 mm : With wall thicknesses of 0,30mm plain as standard; 0,25 - 0,45mm (min.-max.) rippled tube upon request.
OD 9,52 mm : With wall thicknesses of 0,35mm plain as standard; 0,40 - 0,50 - 0,70 mm plain or 0,30 / 0,50mm (min.-max.) rippled tube upon request.
OD 12,70 mm : With wall thicknesses of 0,35mm plain as standard; 0,40 - 0,50 - 0,70 mm plain ; 0,35 / 0,61mm (min.-max.) rippled tube upon request.
OD 15,87 mm : With wall thicknesses of 0,40mm plain as standard ; 0,50 - 0,70 - 1,0mm plain upon request.
Tubes have the suitable quality for refrigeration and air conditioning.
FINS
The available tube arrangements and fin properties used in our company are given in details in the following pages. In addition to 8006 H22 aluminum alloy, copper foils, stainless steel fins and hydrophobic, hydrophilic, goldepoxy coated foils are also used upon request.
CASING
Galvanized, stainless steel, steel, copper and aluminium sheets are used as casework materials. Other appropriate materials can be used upon request.
BRAZING MATERIAL
The most appropriate brazing material is chosen according to the application area.
HEADER MATERIALS
Unless otherwise stated, steel manifolds are used for dry coolers, water and steam coils. For all other products, copper manifolds are used.
Fin Materials
Different type of coatings are applied depending on application areas and corrosion conditions.
Coils can be manufactured from copper, hydrophilic, hydrophobic or gold epoxy coated fins.
Depending on customer request, tin coating can also be applied to coils.
