To guarantee uninterrupted and safe operation, the cooling skid is equipped with core industrial-grade configurations, including dual circulating pumps with automatic failover function. Once the main pump fails or operates abnormally, the standby pump will start instantly without manual intervention, avoiding cooling system shutdown and unit downtime. Matched with a motorized 3-way valve and intelligent PLC control system, the equipment realizes automatic temperature adjustment, pressure monitoring and real-time system status diagnosis, achieving full intelligent operation.
Complete loop isolation and closed-loop plate heat exchanger operation fundamentally solve the industry’s common pain points of scaling, corrosion and pipeline blockage in genset cooling systems.
