This compact dry cooler solution is widely used for small‑to‑medium immersion crypto mining deployments, providing stable outdoor heat rejection for ASIC miner immersion tanks.
Within the immersion tank setup, S19 miners are fully submerged in dielectric coolant. Heat generated by running miners is absorbed by the circulating fluid and transferred to the glycol‑water secondary loop, then dissipated to ambient air via this 40kW dry cooler. The closed‑loop water‑free design removes heat continuously, stabilizes dielectric fluid temperature, helps avoid miner overheating and thermal throttling, and extends hardware service life.
This 40kW dry cooler is dimension‑matched for single‑unit S19 immersion tank workload. It adopts high‑efficiency tube‑fin heat exchange coil and EC variable‑speed axial fans. Fan RPM auto‑adjusts following fluid outlet temperature and outdoor ambient conditions, cutting auxiliary power consumption and lowering operating noise for mining sites.
Coil material options include standard copper‑aluminum, epoxy anti‑corrosion coating or full stainless‑steel construction, adapting to dusty mining‑site environments. Heavy‑duty powder‑coated galvanized steel casing supports 24/7 continuous outdoor running with minimum routine maintenance work.
