Core Structure and Materials
Bundy Tube
Material: Double-sided copper-plated steel strip (approximately 3μm copper layer), longitudinally rolled and welded.
Specifications: Commonly used Ø4.76/6/6.35/8mm, wall thickness 0.7mm.
Characteristics: Pressure resistant, vibration resistant, superior thermal conductivity compared to ordinary steel pipes, low cost, easy to bend and process.
Heat Dissipation Wire
Material: Low carbon steel wire (Ø1.0–1.6mm).
Spacing: 4–5mm, vertically welded to the outer wall of the Bundy tube, significantly increasing the heat dissipation area.
Surface Treatment: Powder coating/electrophoretic black coating, rust prevention, improves radiative heat dissipation efficiency.
Working Principle
High-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant (R600a/R134a/R290) flows inside the Bundy tube.
Heat is dissipated into the air through the tube wall → steel wire → natural convection + radiation (no fan, silent).
The refrigerant cools and liquefies, completing the condensation cycle.
Applicable refrigerants: R600a, R134a, R290.
Operating pressure: High-pressure side ≤3.0MPa.
Ambient temperature: -25℃~+45℃.
Heat dissipation method: Natural convection (static).
Dimensions: Customizable (common 300×500mm, thickness 30–50mm).
Applications:
Household refrigeration: Single-door/double-door refrigerators, freezers, water dispensers.
Commercial refrigeration: Display cases, convenience store freezers, small cold storage, kitchen equipment.
Special equipment: RV/yacht refrigerators, medical cryogenic chambers, vending machines.
