Step-by-Step Replacement Workflow for Retail Cassette AC
Preparation
Shut off power supply to cassette unit; cover display shelves, lighting and floor goods to avoid water or dust contamination. Prepare matched G-coil, expansion valve, insulation tape, cleaning blower and drain pipe accessories.
Disassembly
Remove air outlet panels, suction grille; drain residual refrigerant (recover for recycling), disconnect copper tubing and drain hose; take out old failed A-coil.
New coil installation
Position G-coil into the cassette internal frame, align mounting brackets; braze refrigerant pipelines, connect drain hose tightly; add thermal insulation on all copper joints to prevent sweating.
