Cannot cool, completely ineffective in high-temperature environments; Interchange between inside and outside air allows dust, oil, and moisture to enter, easily corroding and short-circuiting circuit boards; Prone to condensation in rainy seasons and high-humidity coastal environments.
Advantages of Rack-Mounted Air Conditioners:
Independent closed-loop circulation ensures a clean, dust-free, and moisture-free environment inside the rack;
Stable temperature control even in high-temperature workshops (40℃+), preventing overheating alarms;
Dehumidifies, preventing condensation damage to components;
Suitable for high-heat-generating equipment such as energy storage, inverters, charging piles, and outdoor communication cabinets.
Disadvantages:
Higher purchase and maintenance costs;
Higher power consumption due to continuous compressor operation;
Requires regular cleaning of filters and condenser maintenance.

High-temperature workshop environments (injection molding, welding, metallurgy, room temperature above 35℃);
Outdoor racks, coastal/humid factory areas, dusty and oily workshops;
High-power inverters, energy storage battery cabinets, servo drives, generating significant heat;
