The water tank is equipped with an immersive stainless steel serpentine heat exchanger (serpentine tube), and the coil is completely immersed in the water storage tank; The heat medium/refrigerant flows inside the pipe, and the shell side of the water tank stores water, indirectly exchanging heat without mixing the media.

Structure & working principle
1. Coil assembly fully submerged in tank water.
2. Tube‑side: circulating heat medium (steam, hot glycol, thermal oil, solar fluid).
3. Tank‑side (shell side): static or stirred water inside tank, heated/cooled by coil outer surface.
4. Two fluid circuits are fully separated; no cross‑contamination.
5. Serpentine layout: multiple straight tube segments connected by 180° U‑return bends, planar stacked, fit rectangular tank internal space.
6. Inlet & outlet nozzles penetrate tank wall via threaded / welded nozzle connections, external to tank shell.
7. Coil supported by SS brackets & clip saddles, keep clearance from tank inner wall (≥25 mm), prevent vibration abrasion and local overheating.

Raw material incoming inspection → Tube cutting & deburr → U‑bend cold forming → Butt‑welding of tube segments → NDT for welds → Whole serpentine assembly → Support bracket welding → Stress relief → Pickling & passivation → Ball‑pass test → Hydrostatic pressure test → Leak‑check → Final dimension inspection → Deliver for tank installation
