Typical operating conditions: The loop thermostat maintains a minimum of 30°C, with inlet water at 34-41°C / return water at 44-52°C.
- ⚠️ The LT circuit and HT circuit are completely independent, with two sets of water pumps inside the engine. Internal cross-flow between the dry cooler coils is strictly prohibited.

HT coil and LT coil are physically isolated, supplied as a single complete unit, fully matching the flow and pressure drop requirements of the 3512B cylinder liner water and SCAC intercooler circuits. The flange connection positions and interface dimensions can be replicated according to the old equipment drawings, enabling 1:1 replacement and minimizing on-site pipeline modifications.
2. Custom design based on thermal calculations
Import CAT original thermal rejection data + project boundaries, output a comprehensive thermal calculation report to avoid high-temperature alarms and unit power reduction during summer heat.
3. Multi-grade anti-corrosion options
Standard configuration: copper tube with aluminum fin + epoxy impregnated anti-corrosion coating; hot-dip galvanized whole machine frame
Corrosive conditions (coastal, dust-prone industrial areas): stainless steel tube - stainless steel fin, resistant to salt spray and industrial atmospheric corrosion.
4. VFD variable-speed axial fan group
The HT and LT circuits can independently adjust speed based on temperature linkage; 4-20mA signal output, compatible with unit A-III electrical control or power plant DCS system; optional redundant fan configuration, meeting 24-hour continuous unattended operation requirements.
