This dual‑loop cooling package is built for single‑phase immersion mining deployments, separating dielectric mineral oil loop and water loop via plate heat exchanger, protecting dry cooler coils from oil contamination while securing stable heat rejection for ASIC mining hardware.

The combined dry cooler and plate heat exchanger set fits mid‑size immersion mining racks. The plate heat exchanger transfers heat from hot dielectric fluid to the water circuit, then the dry cooler dissipates heat to ambient air. This indirect layout lowers maintenance work and extends the service life of dry cooler cores, well‑suited for US‑based mining sites with variable ambient temperatures.

Units support standard power range for ASIC immersion tanks, and we can adjust cooling capacity, fan configuration and connection dimensions according to site layout or existing tank drawings.
