Our refrigerator evaporator covers roll‑bond plate evaporator and tube‑fin finned coil types, widely used for domestic refrigerators, frost‑free freezers, beverage coolers and display chillers. All‑aluminum construction brings light weight, good heat transfer performance and competitive material cost versus traditional copper‑aluminum mixed designs. Hydrophilic coating option is available to reduce frost stacking and keep smooth condensate drainage under frequent defrost cycles.
Every unit goes through strict factory checks: raw material inspection, dimension verification, pressure leak test and visual fin inspection before shipment.
Customers can customize tube size, fin spacing, circuit layout, connection ports and surface anti‑corrosion coating to fit existing cabinet space and refrigerant requirements (R600a, R134a etc.).
