Working Principle for VOC Catalytic Furnace
1. Cold Side (Untreated VOC Waste Gas)
Low-temperature VOC waste gas (20–60℃) flows through one side of corrugated plate channels, absorbs heat and rises to 220–300℃ (catalyst reaction initiation temperature).
2. Hot Side (Clean Catalytic Flue Gas)
High-temperature purified exhaust gas (300–450℃ after catalytic reaction) flows countercurrent on the other plate side, releases residual heat.
3. Closed independent partition completely separates VOC raw gas and clean flue gas, zero cross leakage to avoid explosion risk of mixed combustible gas.
4. Preheated VOC gas enters catalyst chamber for low-temperature oxidative decomposition; cooled exhaust gas is discharged after simple treatment.
