Cold storage all-in-one machine is a kind of refrigeration equipment that integrates the core components such as condenser, evaporator, compressor and fan into one unit, which is usually used in small and medium-sized cold storage (e.g., commercial cold storage, pharmaceutical cold storage, catering cold storage, etc.). It is characterized by easy installation, space saving and simple maintenance, and is suitable for scenarios that do not require high refrigeration capacity and need to be deployed quickly.

1. The core components of the monoblock unit

Compressor: the core power components, common types include piston, scroll, rotor (small cold storage with scroll, high energy efficiency, low noise).

Condenser: heat dissipation component, mostly air-cooled (built-in fan forced cooling), a few water-cooled (need to connect cooling water).

Evaporator: refrigeration components, directly installed in the cold storage, through the fan forced convection heat transfer.

Control system: integrated temperature control, frost, fault alarm and other functions.

Shell: usually stainless steel or galvanized steel, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean.

2. Applicable scenes of the monoblock condensing unit

Small-scale cold storage (5~50m³): such as supermarket freezer, catering cold storage, medicine and vaccine storage.

Mobile cold storage: can be installed quickly, suitable for temporary storage or emergency cold storage.

Low noise requirement environment: such as convenience stores, laboratories, etc. (the noise of the all-in-one machine is usually ≤60dB).

3. Advantages of all-in-one cold storage machine

4. Limitations of the monoblock refrigeration unit

❌ Limited cooling capacity: generally applicable to -25℃~+15℃ medium and low temperature cold storage, ultra-low temperature (-40℃ or below) or large cold storage (>50m³) need to use split unit.

❌ Heat dissipation is dependent on the environment: air-cooled condenser is affected by the ambient temperature, and the efficiency may drop under high temperature environment.

❌ Maintenance is limited: if the compressor is damaged, it may need to be replaced as a whole, and the maintenance cost is high.
