Each single heat pipe is a hermetically sealed vacuum tube filled with working fluid (water/ammonia/ethanol):
Evaporation Section (Flue Gas Side): High-temp flue gas heats internal liquid medium → liquid vaporizes and absorbs latent heat
Condensation Section (Fresh Air Side): Hot vapor flows to cold end, condenses and releases heat to heat incoming cold combustion air
Condensed liquid flows back to hot end by gravity, continuous passive phase-change circulation with zero auxiliary power consumption
Middle partition completely separates flue gas & air channels, zero cross leakage between two media.
