The flue gas produced by the hazardous waste incineration power plant is at a temperature of 50-70 °C after wet deacidification, and is in a saturated water state. Direct emission will corrode the flue and chimney, and produce white smoke at the chimney discharge. Therefore, it is necessary to use steam or high-temperature raw flue gas to raise the outlet temperature of the deacidified flue gas to above the acid dew point. From the perspective of energy saving, using a flue gas-flue gas heat exchanger to heat low-temperature clean flue gas with high-temperature raw flue gas is the most affordable flue gas heating method.


       The all-welded plate heat exchanger for hazardous waste incineration flue gas designed by VRcooler uses all-welded plate bundles as the heat transfer unit and stainless steel circular dimpled plates as heat transfer elements. Therefore, it can form a turbulent flow at a very low Re, thereby enhancing the heat transfer performance of the fluid; the surface of the plate is smooth and not easy to accumulate dust, so as to avoid the energy waste caused by the increase of the thermal resistance of the dirt and the decrease of the efficiency; Welding seals are used to ensure that there is no risk of leakage in the core of the equipment.
