Custom Design Blast Freezer Evaporator

In the quick-freezing system, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid enters the quick-freezing evaporator, absorbs the heat of the surrounding air or objects in the evaporator, and changes from liquid to gas, thus realizing the cooling and freezing of the items in the quick-freezing room. In this process, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding medium through the tube wall, taking away the heat, so that the temperature of the articles is rapidly reduced.

The fan blows the air in the quick-freezing room through the heat exchanger coil of the evaporator continuously, forming forced convection. When the air flows through the surface of the coil, it exchanges heat with the refrigerant inside the coil, and the heat of the air is absorbed by the refrigerant and the temperature is lowered. The cooled air is sent back to the quick-freezing room to continue to cool the items, and so on, to realize the effect of rapid freezing.

Food industry: widely used in the rapid freezing of meat, seafood, fruits, vegetables, frozen food, etc., which can maintain the freshness, taste and nutrients of the food, and extend the shelf life of the food.

Pharmaceutical industry: It is used in the process of cryopreservation and freeze-drying of medicines, biological products, etc. to ensure the quality and stability of medicines.

Other fields: It can also be used in chemical, electronic, scientific research and other fields, such as the freezing treatment of certain chemical raw materials, low temperature testing of electronic components, etc.
