Our engineering team custom-designed HT LT radiator for the JENBACHER J624 gas engine, a high-efficiency cooling solution tailored to the strict thermal management demands of the 4.5MW-class powerhouse. This bespoke radiator package integrates separate high-temperature (HT) and low-temperature (LT) circuits, delivering unmatched cooling performance, reliability, and adaptability for CHP, biogas, and industrial power generation projects.
HT Circuit (High-Temperature, ~90°C): Cools the engine cylinder jackets, heads, and block to prevent overheating and maintain thermal stability.
LT Circuit (Low-Temperature, ~40°C): Cools the turbocharger intercooler (CAC) to optimize combustion efficiency, power output, and emissions reduction.
Integrated Oil Cooling: Optional integrated oil cooler circuit ensures lubricant viscosity and reduces wear under heavy loads.
