Working Principle

Hot Fluid Circulation: Hot process fluid from industrial equipment circulates through finned coils inside the dry cooler.

Forced Convection Cooling: Axial fans blow ambient air across the finned coils; heat transfers from the fluid to air via sensible heat transfer (no water evaporation).

Cooled Fluid Recirculation: The cooled fluid returns to the process/equipment to absorb heat again, forming a closed recirculating loop.

Core Components

Fin Tube Coil: Copper tubes with aluminum fins to maximize heat transfer area.

Axial Fans: High-efficiency, variable-speed fans for adjustable airflow.

Frame & Casing: Galvanized steel/stainless steel for outdoor durability.

Control System: Automatically adjusts fan speed/start-stop based on fluid temperature.
