Containerized Miner Cooling System

Submerge the mining machine in the insulated cooling oil, and take away the heat through the circulating flow of oil.

It has excellent heat dissipation effect, realizes high overclocking, reduces noise, prolongs the service life of the mining machine, and has strong adaptability to the ambient temperature.

Main components

Heat exchanger unit: usually includes heat exchanger, make-up liquid tank and expansion tank. The heat exchanger has mutually isolated heat exchange channels inside, which are used to realize the heat exchange between the cooling medium and the heating parts of the mining machine; the refill tank is used to replenish the liquid in the cooling system; and the expansion tank plays a role in stabilizing the pressure to ensure the stable operation of the system.

Dry cooler: generally installed in the box outside or on the upper face, through the hot water and air heat exchange, so that the hot water cooled and then back to the circulation system.

Piping system: including the main inlet pipe connecting the miner with the heat exchanger unit and the cooling tower, the main outlet pipe and the various branch pipes, etc., is responsible for the transportation of the cooling medium, and the pipeline is usually installed with valves, flow meters and other components for controlling and monitoring the flow of the cooling medium and the flow direction.

Valve group: composed of multiple valves, through the control of the valve group of on and off, can switch the heat exchanger unit or cooling tower to mine cooling to meet the different requirements of use.
