MTU 20V4000L64FNER EU Gas Engine HT LT Remote Radiator

The HT-LT remote radiator (also called dual-circuit dry cooler) is an off-engine forced air heat exchanger exclusively for turbocharged gas generator sets (biogas, landfill gas, natural gas, coalbed methane, syngas). It integrates two independent closed cooling coils inside one unit:

- HT Circuit: High-temperature jacket water loop for engine block & cylinder heads

- LT Circuit: Low-temperature aftercooler loop for charge air & lubricating oil

Circulating fluid: Deionized water mixed with propylene glycol or ethylene glycol antifreeze. No water spraying, fully dry heat rejection via ambient air.

Application Range

- Jenbacher, Caterpillar, MWM, Perkins gas gensets (500kW ~ 3MW)

- Biogas / landfill gas / sewage gas power plants

- Industrial natural gas CHP (factories, hospitals, shopping malls)

- Containerized gas power stations

- Remote mines, oil & gas well sites with limited water supply

- Tropical, desert high-temperature zones and cold plateau areas
