Application principle
In the operation of the boiler needs to discharge flue gas to the outside environment, in order to ensure the high temperature environment of the boiler chamber, the general boiler factory flue gas set temperature of about 200 ℃, the temperature of the flue gas contains high enthalpy value, if discharged into the atmosphere, one causes warming of the atmosphere, and the other increases the waste of energy. Therefore, it is necessary to take appropriate means to reduce the flue gas emission temperature.

Boiler combustion process requires the consumption of a large amount of air, before combustion, the air needs to be heated to about 300 ℃ at room temperature before the air to participate in combustion, the air heating process also consumes part of the fuel combustion energy.
After the installation of flue gas waste heat recovery air preheater, high-temperature flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere before it passes through the surface of the heat pipe installed side by side in the air preheater, and through the heat pipe effect, the cold air entering the boiler will be pre-heated, and in this process, the temperature of the high-temperature flue gas is lowered, and the temperature of the cold air is raised, and the heated air enters the boiler to participate in the combustion, which reduces the original heating of that part of the fuel consumption of the air.
After calculations and operational experience, the boiler flue gas temperature is higher than 120 ℃ range, flue gas temperature is reduced by 15 ℃ each, the boiler's efficiency increased by 1%; flue gas temperature is lower than 120 ℃, the flue gas temperature is reduced by 11 ℃ each, the boiler efficiency increased by 1%.
