Mini Fan Wall is a compact, modular, and high-efficiency cooling solution tailored for AI data centers with dense GPU racks (typically 20–60 kW/rack). It integrates EC fans, chilled-water heat exchangers, and intelligent controls into a slim, wall-mounted or rack-adjacent unit, delivering close-coupled, uniform airflow to eliminate hotspots and lower PUE.

Core Concept & Working Principle

Unlike legacy room-level cooling (e.g., underfloor air distribution) with 30%+ cold air loss, a Mini Fan Wall places cooling 1–3 meters from racks, cutting losses to <5%.

Airflow Path: Draws hot aisle return air → passes through chilled-water coils (32/42°F or 18/26°C) → EC fans deliver uniform cold air to rack inlets.

Control: AI-driven BMS adjusts fan speed (0–100%) and water valve opening in real time based on GPU inlet temp (setpoint: 75–85°F / 24–29°C).
