Custom Dry Cooler Units for Power Transformer Cooling Projects

CST Heat Exchanger has finished manufacturing and shipment of custom‑built dry coolers for transformer cooling loops. These air‑cooled heat rejection units are made for oil‑filled transformer liquid cooling systems in power substations and power plant sites.

The dry coolers work with transformer oil‑water/glycol cooling circuits to remove continuous heat losses during transformer operation. Different cooling capacities, fan configurations and fin surface treatments are available to match site ambient conditions. Units can be built for outdoor installation, with options for EC variable‑speed fans to adjust airflow according to real‑time transformer temperature.

These transformer dry coolers are widely used for substations, renewable energy power stations and industrial power distribution sites. Custom dimensions, pressure ratings and material selections are supported for project‑specific requirements. CST accepts orders based on customer drawings or original unit parameters for direct replacement purposes.
