The main function of thrust bearing oil coolers is to cool the oil used in the thrust bearings of turbines and generators. During the operation of power plant equipment, the oil in the thrust bearings heats up due to the friction of various moving parts. If the oil temperature is too high, it will cause the grease of the thrust bearing to deteriorate and reduce its viscosity, thereby increasing the friction loss of the bearing, reducing the working efficiency of the equipment, and even endangering the safe operation of the equipment.
