This exchanger acts as both condenser (heating mode) and evaporator (cooling mode) for pool heat pump units, adopting counter-flow heat transfer:
Heating Mode (Condenser)
High-temperature & high-pressure refrigerant circulates inside titanium tubes and releases heat. Pool water flows outside the tubes, absorbs heat and circulates back to raise pool temperature. Refrigerant condenses into liquid after heat release.
Cooling Mode (Evaporator)
Low-pressure low-temperature refrigerant absorbs heat from pool water inside titanium tubes and vaporizes. Pool water loses heat and cools down, realizing pool refrigeration in hot summer.
Material isolation: Pure titanium wall completely separates refrigerant and pool water, no medium mixing risk.
