This fin & tube steam heating coil adopts SS304 seamless tubes matched with aluminum fins, specially designed for commercial laundry tumble dryers and linen tunnel drying lines.
Wide fin spacing prevents lint clogging in textile drying workshops. Stainless steel tubes resist moisture and alkali vapor corrosion, extending service life. Aluminum fins deliver excellent heat transfer efficiency, stably supplying hot air 85~110℃ for continuous mass drying of bed sheets, towels and uniforms.
Suitable for hotel laundries, large industrial washing plants, customized sizes available.
Material Combination Advantages (304 Stainless Steel Base Tube + Aluminum Fins)
Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Tube: Suitable for the high humidity and alkaline steam environment of washing workshops. Resistant to rust and condensate corrosion, less prone to perforation and leakage. Service life is 2-3 times longer than carbon steel tubes, eliminating the need for frequent replacements. Stable pressure resistance, suitable for 0.3-0.8MPa industrial saturated steam.
Aluminum Extruded Fins: Aluminum has high thermal conductivity, excellent heat exchange efficiency, and rapid heating. Lightweight, resulting in lower overall load. Cost is significantly lower than all-stainless steel fins, offering the best cost-performance ratio.
Combined with a 7-9mm widened fin pitch, lint and fibers generated during linen drying are less likely to accumulate and clog, reducing downtime for cleaning.
Suitable Equipment Scenarios
Single/Multi-roller industrial linen dryers with built-in heating coils;
Tunnel continuous drying folding line with preheater in the air duct;
Ironing and drying integrated machine with inlet air heater, continuously outputting constant temperature hot air of 85–110℃;
Laundry workshop fresh air preheating, garment hanging drying room heating.
Core Performance Features
Multi-row staggered tube-fin series structure ensures uniform hot air temperature, eliminating uneven drying and localized scorching of linens;
Steam heat exchange has significantly lower operating costs than electric heating, greatly reducing electricity bills for large-volume linen processing;
Stainless steel tubes resist moisture corrosion, aluminum fins provide efficient heat dissipation, balancing durability and heat exchange efficiency;
Integrated flange frame allows for easy disassembly and assembly, and lint can be cleaned from the fins with a brush or compressed air;
Customizable length, width, number of rows, and steam inlet/outlet direction according to equipment duct dimensions.
