Gasket plate heat exchanger is composed of a set of corrugated metal plates with four angular holes for heat exchange of two liquid (gas) bodies to pass through. The metal plates are mounted in a frame with fixed plates and movable compression plates on the sides and clamped with clamping bolts. The plates are equipped with sealing gaskets that seal the fluid channels and direct the fluid to flow alternately into their respective channels. The corrugated plates not only increase the degree of turbulence, but also form many support points sufficient to withstand the pressure difference between the media. The metal plates and movable compression plates are suspended from the upper guide rod and positioned by the lower guide rod, while the rod ends are fixed to the support columns.

Detachable plate heat exchanger material:

1、Plate heat exchanger frame material: carbon steel Q235 (epoxy paint), overmolded stainless steel, all stainless steel type.

2, plate heat exchanger interface material: stainless steel flange, stainless steel bushing, rubber sleeve, live flange (food quick-open live ferrules)


Detachable plate heat exchanger plate material:

Austenitic stainless steel (AISI304, 316, 316L) Suitable for clean water, edible oil, mineral oil.

Titanium and titanium palladium (Ti,Ti-pd) Suitable for seawater, salt water, saline substances.


Removable plate heat exchanger rubber gasket material:

Nitrile rubber (NBRHT) Suitable for water, seawater, mineral oil, salt water.  

HNBR (high temperature nitrile) for high temperature mineral oil, high temperature water.  

EPDMHT is suitable for hot water, water steam, acid, alkali.


Detachable plate heat exchanger features:


1: High heat transfer efficiency, can reach 1 ℃ temperature difference, the heat transfer coefficient is 3-6 times the tube heat exchanger, the highest can reach 8600W/M2.K. Two media in the full countercurrent In the full counterflow, water - water heat exchange, can reach 1 ℃ end temperature difference, for waste heat recovery process is more favorable.


2: Small footprint, simple maintenance, plate heat exchanger compact structure, small footprint, only 1/2-1/6 of the tubular heat exchanger, installation does not need to set aside a lot of space for maintenance, but also can Leave a lot of space for maintenance, but also to increase the heat exchange.


3: Low cost, light weight, can increase or decrease the heat transfer area, in the case of the implementation of the same heat transfer, the use of heat transfer area is smaller than the tubular heat exchanger, reducing the cost of the user; weight is only tubular heat exchanger. The weight is only 1/2-1/5 of the tubular heat exchanger, and the heat exchange area can be increased or decreased according to the requirements of the working conditions.


4: Less heat loss, easy heat recovery, easy cleaning, cleaning is simple, as long as the two sides of the thread can be loosened, saving maintenance costs and time.
