FNH Air Cooled Condenser for Chiller

The high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged from the chiller compressor enters the FNH condenser and flows inside the copper tubes. The condenser adopts the form of side blowing, the fan will blow the external air through the heat exchanger component composed of copper tube and fins, due to the relatively low temperature of the air, the heat of the gaseous refrigerant will be transferred to the air, so that the refrigerant will gradually cool down and condense into the liquid state, completing the process of condensation, so as to achieve the purpose of the compressor output of high-temperature and high-pressure gases of the heat emitted into the air.

Features

High-efficiency heat exchange: adopting copper tube staggered arrangement, utilizing mechanical expansion technology to make the copper tube and fins closely combined, increasing the heat exchange area and improving the heat exchange effect. At the same time, the aluminum fins are punched as “L” type extended flap, which is in close contact with the copper tube after expanding the tube, further improving the heat exchange efficiency.

Low noise operation: all adopt large air volume, low speed motor, the noise generated during operation is small, can be widely supporting the use of chiller equipment in the higher noise requirements.

Corrosion resistance: the shell is generally made of high-quality steel plate, and the surface is treated with plastic spraying and phosphatization, which has good corrosion resistance and can adapt to different operating environments and prolong the service life of the condenser.

Compact structure: reasonable design, small footprint, easy to install and arrange, can effectively save the space of the chiller system.

Strong applicability: it can be applied to a variety of refrigerants such as R22, R134A, R404A, R407C, etc., which can satisfy the refrigeration needs of different chillers.
