Manufacturing Process of Condenser Coil
The following are the main manufacturing processes for condenser coils:
Bending process:
Mechanical bending: the use of pipe bending machine through the mould to bend the pipe, this method is suitable for larger pipe diameter and thicker wall coils.
Hydraulic bending: the use of hydraulic systems to provide the power to bend the pipe, can achieve a more accurate bending angle and radius control.
Welding process:
Manual welding: rely on the manual operation of skilled welders for welding, suitable for small quantities or special shapes of coiled tubes.
Automatic welding: such as argon arc welding automatic welding, stable welding quality and high efficiency, commonly used in mass production.
Expansion process:
When connecting the coiler with the tube plate, the tube end is plastically deformed by the expansion tool, so as to achieve a tight connection.
Cutting process:
Laser cutting: high precision, smooth cut, suitable for cutting coils with strict size requirements.
Sawing: Sawing is a common cutting method for pipes with large diameters.
Surface treatment process:
Galvanised: enhances the rust and corrosion resistance of the coils.
Painting: Provides additional protection and aesthetics.
Leak testing process:
Hydrostatic test: Fill the coil with water at a certain pressure to check for leaks.
Gas tightness test: Use gas (e.g. nitrogen) to test for tightness.
