CSTHEATEXCHANGER gas‑to‑gas heat exchangers recover waste heat from high‑temperature flue gas and process exhaust gas, pre‑heating combustion air for furnaces, boilers and thermal oxidation systems.

Hot exhaust gas and cold fresh air flow through separated passages without cross‑mixing. Waste heat from waste gas is transferred to combustion air, which cuts fuel consumption and improves overall system thermal efficiency.

Multiple construction options are available: heat pipe type, all‑welded plate type and enamel tubular air preheater.

  • Heat pipe gas‑gas heat exchanger: high thermal performance, single‑pipe failure will not cause gas leakage, suitable for dusty high‑temperature exhaust.

  • All‑welded plate gas‑gas heater: compact footprint, high heat transfer coefficient for clean flue gas.

  • Enamel tubular air preheater: excellent anti‑acid‑dew‑point corrosion, ideal for coal‑fired and biomass‑fired boiler flue gas.

Our gas‑to‑gas waste heat recovery units are widely used for industrial furnaces, boilers, RCO/RTO catalytic combustion, drying and thermal treatment processes. Custom design is available according to exhaust gas temperature, dust content and working conditions.
