The adiabatic dry cooler runs in two working modes. Under normal ambient temperature, it works as a standard dry cooler with fully dry air‑cooled operation and zero water consumption. When outdoor temperature rises to high‑temperature threshold, the adiabatic pre‑cooling pads activate automatically. Incoming hot air is pre‑cooled by water evaporation before passing through fin‑and‑tube coils, greatly lifting heat rejection capacity without large‑volume water consumption like cooling towers.

Equipped with EC variable‑speed fans and intelligent PLC control system, the unit triggers adiabatic function only when needed.
