Product Structure & Key Components (High-humidity type vs standard unit cooler)

Fin & Tube Evaporator Coil (304 stainless steel / hydrophilic aluminum fin)

Small ΔT between refrigerant & circulating air (3~5K only, vs standard cooler 8~12K), minimizing air dehumidification on coil surface, core to keep high room humidity without extra humidifier.

Low-speed large-flow axial fans (IP54 motor)

Low outlet wind speed ≤1.8m/s, avoid surface moisture evaporation of avocado skin; uniform air circulation inside cold room, no local dry spots.

Auto hot-gas defrost system

Timed mild defrost, short defrost cycle to avoid big fluctuation of room T & RH; reduce moisture loss during defrosting.

Optional circulating water spray humidification module (for ultra-high RH 93~95%)

Purified soft water spray onto coil surface to replenish air moisture when needed, widely used for long-term bulk avocado warehouse.

Insulated drain pan + anti-mold drain pipe

Prevent condensed water splashing onto stacked avocados to avoid mold rot.

Working Principle

Refrigerant evaporates inside copper tubes to absorb air heat; small coil-air temperature difference restricts water vapor condensation on fins, so most moisture remains in circulating air to maintain 90%+ RH inside cold room.

Fans circulate cold high-humidity air evenly around avocado stacks, lower ambient temperature to slow fruit respiration & ethylene generation, cut fruit weight loss below 3% for whole storage period (normal standard cooler dry loss ≥7%).

Auto periodic hot gas defrost removes thin frost on coil without sharp room temp drop; auxiliary spray system tops up humidity if ambient RH falls below target setpoint.
