Drying box in the baking material, the need for continuous supplemental fresh air to discharge the material of water and odour to achieve the drying of materials. Generally, the supplementary fresh air is room temperature air, which is consistent with the environmental conditions. The conventional drying process requires the heating device to consume a lot of energy to heat the room temperature air to the required temperature of the drying box.


The drying process using heat pipe heat recovery equipment, heat pipe heat recovery equipment can use the high temperature energy of the exhaust air to preheat the room temperature fresh air, high temperature and high humidity air discharged from the drying box (hot and humid exhaust air) first through the heat exchanger and then discharged, the room temperature fresh air is first through the heat pipe and then sent to the drying room, the two streams of air in the heat exchanger inside the heat exchange, due to the two streams of air is completely isolated, the moisture of the exhaust air will not be mixed with the new wind, the new air absorbs the heat from the exhaust air, and the new air absorbs the heat of the new air, and the new air absorbs the heat of the new air. The temperature of the new air will rise sharply after absorbing the heat of the exhaust air, and the temperature of the exhaust air will drop after exchanging heat with the new air, which will then be discharged into the outdoor environment. As a result, the temperature of the fresh air will rise significantly after heat exchange, and then the fresh air will be heated by the heating device, which can significantly reduce the energy consumption of heating the fresh air to the required temperature of the drying box.
