Finned steam heat exchanger-Composition structure introduction
The first part of the finned tube
Steam heat exchanger finned tube is mainly used in two styles, the first is the steel winding tube, that is, in the outer wall of the steel tube winding on a circle of wavy fins, fins through the winding machine closely with the steel tube contact together, the heat will be through the contact surface of the winding for heat transfer; the second steel and aluminum composite finned tube, steel and aluminum composite finned tube is through the rolling machine, the aluminium tube sleeve outside the tube, into the rolling machine, the use of rolling knives will be rolled into a circle of aluminum fins, and then rolled into a circle of aluminum fins. Machine, in the use of rolling tools will be rolled into a circle of aluminium fins.
Part II Frame
After the finned tube is completed, the finned tube is fixed on the end plate frame of the steam heat exchanger, the arrangement is not the conventional parallel arrangement, but cross staggered arrangement, the purpose is to achieve turbulence, to strengthen the heat transfer characteristics of the gas.
Part III Connections
Once the finned tubes have been placed, elbows are used to connect one finned tube to another to achieve coherence of the fluid passages within the finned tubes.
Part IV Inlet and Outlet Settings
The steam heat exchanger is arranged in such a way that the steam enters from the upper end of the unit and exits from the lower end of the unit.
