Plate heat exchanger

A plate heat exchanger is a highly efficient heat exchanger made from a series of metal plates with a certain corrugated shape. A thin rectangular channel is formed between the various plates and heat is exchanged through the plates. The plate heat exchanger is the ideal equipment for heat exchange between liquid-liquid and liquid-vapour. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and light structure, small footprint, wide application and long service life. Under the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of a tubular heat exchanger, covers an area one-third of that of a tubular heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90% or more.

Fully welded plate heat exchanger

The all-welded plate heat exchanger is a new generation product that integrates the advantages of detachable plate heat exchangers and shell and tube heat exchangers. It has been launched to fill the gap in the application of detachable plate heat exchangers, while its resistance to high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion resistance ensures the replacement of most of the traditional shell and tube heat exchangers.

The all-welded plate heat exchanger has a corrugated plate structure similar to that of a plate heat exchanger, while the more advanced all-welded sealing process and gasketless design, together with a wide choice of metals and alloys, ensure that the MAX all-welded heat exchanger is suitable for almost all heat transfer processes at temperatures from -195°C to 538°C and operating pressures from vacuum to 8.2 MPa. Its compact design, efficient heat transfer performance and ease of use and flexibility determine the inherent superiority to replace conventional shell and tube heat exchangers.
