Bearing Coolers for Plant Auxiliary Systems for Thermal Power Plants
In the auxiliary system of thermal power plant, Bearing Coolers are the core heat transfer equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of rotating equipment (such as pumps, fans, compressors, feed pump turbines, etc.). Its core function is to take away the heat generated by friction and lubrication loss during the operation of bearings through the cooling medium (usually circulating water or industrial water), so as to control the temperature of bearings within the permissible range (generally ≤70℃, and ≤65℃ for sliding bearings), and to avoid overheating of bearings which may lead to the lubrication failure, material wear and even jamming, which may lead to the equipment shutdown or safety accidents.
