VRcooler design high temperature flue gas heat exchanger adopts 310S plate heat exchanger, which can be applied to flue gas working conditions of 800-1500 degrees Celsius.
The 310S plate heat exchanger is suitable for high temperature conditions. The equipment uses all-welded plate bundles as heat transfer units and 310S stainless steel plates as heat transfer elements. The plates are welded and sealed to ensure zero leakage of the heat exchange core of the equipment. Due to the constant change of the cross-sectional shape of the flow channel of the bulging plate heat exchanger, the disturbance of the fluid is strengthened, the heat transfer performance of the fluid is enhanced, the floor space is small, and the installation and maintenance are convenient. The flow channel is smooth, the running resistance is small, the plate adopts stainless steel structure and the surface is smooth.
At the same time, the heat exchange plate adopts a vertical structure, and the ash in the flue gas is not easy to accumulate on the plate, which can effectively avoid the increase of the thermal resistance of dirt and effectively prolong the efficient operation of the equipment cycle.
The high-temperature plate heat exchanger is put into operation in the flue gas SDS desulfurization, SCR denitration, and dust removal project of the rolling heating furnace. The heating furnace provides hot air of about 780°C through the high-temperature plate heat exchanger and the low-temperature flue gas for heat exchange and heat exchange. The latter flue gas is subjected to denitrification process.
