Flow Control: Proper flow control mechanisms, such as pumps and valves, are employed to ensure precise control of product flow rates and temperatures throughout the UHT process.


Sanitary Design: Hygienic design principles are essential to prevent contamination and ensure product safety and quality. Smooth tube surfaces, crevice-free construction, and easy cleanability are critical considerations in the design of tubular exchangers for UHT applications.


Heat Recovery: Some UHT systems incorporate heat recovery systems to recover and reuse heat from the product or heating medium, improving overall energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
