The working principle of tube and fin evaporator is as follows:
The refrigerant enters the pipeline: the liquid refrigerant enters the pipeline system of the evaporator.
Evaporation process: The refrigerant evaporates inside the tube and fin evaporator, changing from liquid state to gas state. This process requires the absorption of heat from the surrounding environment, resulting in cooling of the evaporator surface.
Cooling of air or fluid: Air or fluid passes through the external surface of the evaporator and exchanges heat with the heat released during the evaporation of the refrigerant. In this way, the air or fluid is cooled down while the refrigerant continues to evaporate.
The gaseous refrigerant returns to the system: The evaporated gaseous refrigerant is recovered into the refrigeration system, compressed again into a liquid state, and the cycle continues.
