Working Principle of Spray Adiabatic System Dry Cooler.
The dry cooler is cooled by natural air or forced air cooling, the main working principles are as follows:
Heat exchange process: the hot air generated by the compressor enters the heat exchanger of the dry cooler through the pipeline.
Heat dissipation process: the heat exchanger in the dry cooler is usually made of aluminium or copper, which has good thermal conductivity. When the hot air passes through the heat exchanger, the heat is transferred to the surface of the heat exchanger.
Air convection: natural wind or forced fan to promote the outside cold air flow through the heat exchanger surface, take away the heat on it, so as to achieve the cooling effect.
Cooling circulation: The cooled air is then returned to the system for recycling, ensuring that the compressor operates at a stable temperature.
In the case of high summer temperatures, the dry cooler is equipped with a spray system that reduces the ambient air environment, thus achieving a cooling effect as quickly as possible.
