Role of Fin in Finned Air Radiator
The role of fins is to increase the heat dissipation area of the radiator, i.e. to increase the contact surface with the air, so as to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the finned air radiator, compared with the pure base tube without fins, the heat transfer efficiency has been greatly reduced, and the steel fins are used most frequently in the practical application.

4、Phosphorus-copper brazing finned tube: on the basis of straight-winding finned tube, adopting phosphorus-copper brazing process, copper tube-copper sheet is firmly welded, welding rate 100%, no contact thermal resistance, heat transfer, can be used for a long time under high temperature working conditions.
5, High frequency welding finned tube: on the basis of straight winding finned tube, using high frequency welding process, tube sheet welding rate is high, contact heat resistance is small, folds are small, not easy to accumulate dust, can be welded on carbon steel and stainless steel and other metals.
6, Nickel-based layer brazing finned tube: on the basis of straight winding finned tube, using brazing process, welding rate of 100%, good heat transfer performance, there is no contact thermal resistance, the tube sheet joint force, vibration and impact resistance, nickel-based brazing can be welded to different materials, dense layer of seepage, non-skinning, high surface hardness, can be used for a long time at high temperatures, high flow rate of corrosive media washout.
7, Elliptical finned tube: the use of winding and brazing process, high production efficiency, tube welding firm, no contact thermal resistance, can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments, the composition of the heat exchanger in the same area of heat transfer, heat transfer than the circular finned tube 30% higher than the air-side resistance than the circular finned tube is 50% smaller than the effective reduction in the operating costs of the fan, applications: mainly used in electric power, oil refining, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields. 8, Rolled finned tube: high heat transfer performance, small contact thermal resistance. Fin and tube contact area is large, close and secure. Good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, stable performance in long-term use.
