Palm Fruit Steaming: At the initial stage of palm oil production, palm fruit needs to be steamed. Steam heat exchanger can provide a stable heat source, so that the fats and oils can fully react with various chemicals under suitable temperature conditions, remove impurities, phospholipids, free fatty acids and other harmful substances, and improve the purity and quality of fats and oils.

Solvent recovery: In palm oil production, solvents are usually used to extract fats and oils, after which the solvents need to be recovered and reused. Steam heat exchanger can be used to heat the mixture containing solvent, so that the solvent evaporation and oil and grease separation, and then through the condensation and other subsequent processes to collect the solvent, solvent recycling, reduce the production cost, while reducing the pollution of the environment.

Material heating and conveying: palm oil production process, a variety of materials need to maintain a certain temperature in order to ensure the fluidity and stability of the material. The steam heat exchanger can heat the materials in the conveying pipeline to prevent the materials from solidifying or increasing viscosity in the pipeline and ensure the smooth production process.
