Mushroom house air conditioners, also known as edible mushroom-specific air handling units, containerized mushroom temperature and humidity control air conditioners, or integrated mushroom house environment units, are specialized integrated air conditioners developed for the growth of edible fungi such as oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, button mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms. They differ from ordinary commercial central air conditioning systems.

The entire unit integrates refrigeration, electric heating/heat pump heating, humidification, deep dehumidification, fresh air exchange, multi-stage air filtration, circulating air supply, CO₂ linkage control, and PLC intelligent regulation modules. It is specifically designed to stabilize temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide levels, and airflow cleanliness within the mushroom house, preventing contamination by mold, green mold, and other microorganisms, thereby improving mushroom yield and appearance.

Core Functions (Addressing Essential Needs for Mushroom Growth)

1. Precise Temperature Control (Automatic Stage-by-Stage Switching)

Mycelial Culture Stage: 22~26℃

Fruiting/Bearing Stage: 12~18℃ (Enoki mushrooms as low as 8~12℃)

Control accuracy up to ±0.5℃, heat pump type, dual-purpose for heating and cooling, cooling in southern summers and insulation in northern winters.

2. Highly Stable Humidity System (Core Selling Point)

Humidification: High-pressure micro-mist/ultrasound/electrode steam humidification, maintaining 85%~95% high humidity to prevent mushrooms from drying out;

Dehumidification: Hydrophilic membrane finned evaporator condensation dehumidification, combined with reheating, cooling without reducing humidity or condensation;

Features a tilting drip tray and overflow alarm to prevent water accumulation and mold growth.

3. Fresh Air Exchange + Intelligent CO₂ Control

Built-in electric fresh air valve, paired with a CO₂ sensor: During the fruiting stage, CO₂ needs to be controlled between 500~1200ppm; if the concentration exceeds the standard, the fresh air supply will automatically increase to replace the polluted air;

Reduced fresh air supply at night/during the mycelium stage saves energy consumption;

Maintaining a slight positive pressure in the mushroom house prevents outdoor bacteria and insects from penetrating.

4. Multi-stage Air Filtration + Sterilization

G4 pre-filter: filters sawdust, dust, and cultivation debris;

F8 medium-efficiency filter: intercepts most mold spores;

Optional UV sterilization lamp: continuous sterilization of the internal circulating air, reducing the contamination rate; Large-scale factories can be upgraded to HEPA high-efficiency filtration, suitable for spawn cultivation rooms.

5. Uniform Circulating Air Supply

Equipped with a high static pressure centrifugal EC variable frequency fan, the air duct distributes air evenly, avoiding dead zones of temperature and humidity in the corners of the mushroom racks, and the airflow speed is gentle and does not damage young mushrooms.

6. Fully Automatic Intelligent Control

Built-in PLC program specifically for edible fungi, one-button switching: mycelium mode / mushroom induction mode / fruiting mode; Supports remote monitoring via mobile phone, recording of temperature, humidity and CO₂ curves, and fault alarms (leakage, filter clogging, high and low pressure protection).
