Monoblock Unit for Vegetable Store Cold Storage
Monoblock Unit is the refrigeration system compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttling device and control system integrated in the same box of compact refrigeration equipment, designed for small and medium-sized vegetable cold storage design, with “ready to install and use” characteristics.
Refrigeration cycle process:
Compressor compresses low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas → into the condenser to dissipate heat and liquefy → throttled down by the expansion valve → evaporator vaporizes and absorbs heat to cool the cold storage air → back to the compressor, forming a closed loop.
Vegetable preservation exclusive design:
temperature precision control: vegetable cold storage optimal temperature range of 0-5 ℃ (such as leafy vegetables 4-5 ℃, roots and stems 0-2 ℃), the unit through the PID algorithm to regulate the compressor frequency, to avoid temperature fluctuations lead to frostbite of vegetables;
humidity maintenance technology: the evaporator surface temperature is controlled at the dew point or above, to reduce the condensation in the library, with ultrasonic humidifier (humidity maintained at 85% -95%), to prevent the loss of water and wilting of vegetables.
