Scope of Maintenance Services
1. Routine Inspection
Visual inspection of coil fins, tubes, casing, and mounting structure
Check fan operation, motor vibration, noise, and bearing condition
Test EC fan speed control, 0–10V / PWM / MODBUS communication
Inspect defrost system (hot gas, electric, water) and drain lines
Check refrigerant piping, insulation, valves, and sensors
Verify airflow uniformity and temperature consistency
2. Cleaning & Sanitation
High-pressure washing of coil fins (food-grade safe for cheese & dairy)
Removal of dust, oil, food residues, and biofilm
