Heavy-duty steel finned tube heat exchanger serves as core heat exchange component of power plant boiler economizer. It recovers residual flue gas waste heat to preheat boiler feed water, effectively reducing fuel consumption, improving boiler thermal efficiency, and lowering exhaust emission temperature. Main Structural Composition

Carbon Steel Base Tube: Adopts seamless pressure-resistant steel pipe, commonly used materials 20G, 15CrMoG, durable under long-term high pressure and high temperature flue gas impact, anti-deformation and anti-leakage.

Solid Welded Steel Fins: Integral high-frequency welded steel fins, firm combination without loose shedding. Enlarges heat exchange area sharply, enhances heat transfer performance greatly.

Tube Bundle Assembly: Arranged in dense and orderly tube row structure, matched with baffles to guide flue gas flow, ensure full contact between flue gas and tube wall.

Header & Support Frame: Thickened pressure-bearing header ensures stable water circulation. Reinforced support structure resists flue gas vibration and abrasion.

Anti-wear & Anti-corrosion Protection: Wear-resistant welding, anti-corrosion coating applied on windward side and easily worn parts, extend service life in sulfur-containing flue gas environment.

Working Principle

High-temperature flue gas discharged from boiler furnace flows outside the finned tubes.

Low-temperature boiler feed water circulates inside steel tubes.

Waste heat of flue gas conducts to tube wall and steel fins through convection and heat conduction.

Heat transfers to internal feed water, water temperature rises continuously before entering boiler furnace.

Cooled flue gas discharges outward, realizing waste heat recovery and cyclic energy utilization.
