Working Principle

Air Cooling and Humidity Adjustment:Grain coolers draw in ambient air and pass it through cooling and humidity control systems. Components

Cooling System:This is the core part of the grain cooler, usually including a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and refrigerant. The compressor compresses the refrigerant to make it release heat in the condenser, and then the refrigerant absorbs heat from the air in the evaporator to achieve the cooling effect.

Fan and Air Distribution System:Fans are used to draw in ambient air and force the cooled air through the grain storage. The air distribution system ensures even distribution of the cooled air throughout the grain pile, ensuring uniform cooling.

Humidity Control Device:Some grain coolers are equipped with humidity sensors and control devices. These can measure the humidity of the air and the grain and adjust the humidity by dehumidifying or adding moisture as needed to maintain the appropriate humidity level for grain storage.

Control System:The control system is used to monitor and adjust various parameters of the grain cooler, such as temperature, humidity, and fan speed. It can be manual or automatic, allowing operators to set desired values and ensure the cooler operates within the specified range.
