Generator Set Heat Recovery System

During operation, generator sets produce a significant amount of waste heat, which would be lost in the absence of heat recovery.

Only a fraction of the energy generated by burning fuel is transformed into electrical energy when the generator set is operating; the majority of the energy is lost as heat. This waste heat can be used, for example, to power absorption chillers, heat water supplies, or heating systems through the use of heat recovery technology.
