We offers design, engineering, manufacture and installation of fluid cooling system suitable for Power Plants, Waste to Energy Plants, Chemical and Petrochemical Industry, Oil Refineries etc.
Fluid coolers are installed outdoors and use ambient air to provide cooling.
A fluid cooler uses forced air over a coil to remove heat from a fluid. These units are installed outdoors and use ambient air to provide cooling.
During cooler periods of the year, the fluid cooler can achieve lower temperatures similar to a chiller.
Material Options:
Name: Tube
Standard tubes are 5/8", 1/2" ,5/8", 20, 1" OD,
304, 316 stainless steel, copper, titanium, hot dip galvanized steel, or aluminum.
Tubes are arranged inline in the direction of airflow for maximum heat transfer with minimum air side pressure drop.
Name: Fin
Standard fin material is aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and titanium.
Fins are die-formed into a corrugated (waffle) configuration to encourage turbulent airflow and improve heat transfer efficiency. Fins do have varied types of space.
Name: Cabinet
Standard cabinet/casing material is corrosion-resistant galvanized steel.
We also supply aluminum, stainless steel cabinet, and casing
