Adiabatic chillers play an important role in removing waste heat generated by power stations, chemical plants, commercial air conditioning units and manufacturing process plants.
A wide range of configurations are available to suit most footprints.
Low noise AC and EC fan options are available. Ability to add natural cooling to the system.
Insulation options allow for lower temperature processes in high ambient conditions.
How do adiabatic cooling systems work?
Adiabatic chillers work by using evaporation to pre-cool the air flowing through a closed loop coil.
If the air is cold enough, the loop temperature is low enough to keep the system running, whether it is HVAC or process cooling.
Adiabatic cooling systems use a variety of methods to pre-cool the air before it flows through the coil. As the fine water mist entering the closed cooler rapidly evaporates, it absorbs the latent heat required for evaporation from the air, thereby reducing the air temperature.
